1. OVERVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to Poshful Pups. These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when using our services. By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent, and that you accept these terms. Poshful Pups is operated by Josefin Hansson, org.nr 940327-8949.

2. PRODUCTS AND REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that color reproduction and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings. We reserve the right to change product descriptions or discontinue any product at any time.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK).

VAT (Moms): Poshful Pups is currently not registered for VAT, which means that VAT is not charged in accordance with the Swedish Value Added Tax Act for small businesses.
Payment: We collaborate with authorized payment providers to ensure your security. You certify that you have the right to use your chosen payment method.

4. ORDERS AND DELIVERY

An order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.

Delivery Time: Normal delivery time is 5–7 business days. For made-to-order items, the delivery time may be slightly longer, in which case this will be stated on the product page.
Delays: In the event of a significant delivery delay, you have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost.
Shipping Risk: We are responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you or your local service point. In the event of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping risk.
Unclaimed Packages: We reserve the right to charge a fee of 150 SEK for packages that are not picked up, to cover return shipping and handling costs.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CLAIMS

Right of Withdrawal: By law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. You must notify us before returning an item, and the product must be returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Claims (Reklamation): You have a 3-year right to file a claim under Swedish law for original manufacturing defects. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after the defect is discovered at info@poshfulpups.com. For approved claims, Poshful Pups will cover the return shipping and replace the item or refund the purchase price.
Disputes: In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including texts, logos, images (including lifestyle images of dogs), and design, belongs to Poshful Pups or our licensors. It is strictly prohibited to copy or distribute this content without our written consent.

7. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. As our store is powered by Shopify, certain information is shared with them to complete your purchase. By placing an order, you agree that we store and use your information to fulfill our commitment to you (delivery and payment). You always have the right to request an extract of the information we have saved about you or ask for it to be deleted. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page.

Eftersom Poshful Pups är ett svenskt varumärke som drivs av Josefin Hansson (baserat i Löddeköpinge), vill vi förtydliga vad som gäller för dig som handlar hos oss. Vi följer alltid svensk lagstiftning, inklusive Distansavtalslagen och Konsumentköplagen.

Ångerrätt: Du har enligt lag alltid 14 dagars ångerrätt från det att du tagit emot din vara. Produkten ska returneras i originalskick och kunden står för returfrakten.
Moms: Eftersom företaget för närvarande är momsbefriat för småföretag, tillkommer ingen moms på ditt köp. Det pris du ser i kassan är det totala beloppet du betalar.
Leverans & Risk: Vi skickar normalt dina varor inom 5–7 arbetsdagar. Vi bär ansvaret för varan tills den har levererats till dig eller ditt postombud. Skulle något hända under transporten är det vårt ansvar att lösa det.
Reklamation: Du har 3 års reklamationsrätt för ursprungliga produktionsfel. Om din vara är defekt, kontakta oss direkt så hjälper vi dig med en ersättningsvara eller återbetalning.
Trygghet: Vi säljer aldrig dina personuppgifter till tredje part och hanterar all data enligt GDPR. Vid eventuell tvist följer vi alltid Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens (ARN) beslut.
