Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at info@poshfulpups.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have a 3-year right to file a claim for original manufacturing defects. If a claim is approved, Poshful Pups will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or a full refund.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (such as dog treats or food).

  • Custom products (such as personalized items or special orders).

  • Personal care/hygiene goods where the seal has been broken.

  • Gift cards.

Note: In accordance with Swedish and EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to sale items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Vi vill att du ska känna dig helt trygg med ditt köp hos Poshful Pups. Här är en sammanfattning av våra returvillkor på svenska:

  • 14 dagars ångerrätt: Du har enligt lag rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar efter att du tagit emot varan. Detta gäller även för varor köpta på rea.

  • Returfrakt: Vid ett vanligt ångerköp står du som kund för returfrakten. Varan måste skickas tillbaka i sitt originalskick och i originalförpackning.

  • Reklamation: Om varan är trasig eller felaktig har du 3 års reklamationsrätt enligt svensk lag. Vid godkänd reklamation står vi självklart för returfrakten och ser till att du får en ny vara eller pengarna tillbaka.

  • Undantag: Ångerrätten gäller inte för specialtillverkade produkter (t.ex. med personlig gravyr) eller hundgodis/mat.
