How do you select your products?

As a lifelong dog owner and professional dog sitter, I personally curate every item in our collection. I look for products that combine durability with high-end comfort — the kind of quality and style that I believe every dog deserves.

Where do you ship to?

We currently focus on our neighbors in Sweden. By focusing on our local market, we can ensure a smoother, faster, and more reliable experience for our community.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

No. We use a "Local-to-Local" shipping model. This means that when you order from Sweden, your products are shipped from within Europe. The price you see at checkout is final — no surprise fees at your doorstep.

How long will it take to get my order?

To maintain the high standards of our collection, we work with a small circle of specialized European partners. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 5–7 business days to arrive.

What is your return policy?

We want you and your pup to be 100% happy. In accordance with Swedish law, you can return your product within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in "as new" condition.

How do I find the right size for my dog?

On every product page for clothing, harnesses, or beds, you’ll find a specific size guide. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us. Having spent my life around many different breeds, I’m happy to help you find the perfect fit!
